Scramble for National Holiday 2026 at Golf Club FONTANA

The Scramble for National Holiday 2026 takes place on Monday, October 26, 2026, at Golf Club FONTANA in Oberwaltersdorf. Our THE LOGE partner club invites members and guests to a varied golf tournament, where team spirit, sporting ambition, and the joy of playing golf together take center stage.

The format is a Texas Scramble played in teams of four. Participants can look forward to an exciting day of golf at one of Austria’s best-known golf courses, followed by a shared dinner and prize ceremony.

Scramble for National Holiday 2026 – Texas Scramble in Teams of Four

The Scramble for National Holiday 2026 is played in the popular Texas Scramble format. All four team members tee off on every hole. The team then decides together which ball offers the best starting position for the next shot.

All four players then continue from that position. This principle is repeated until the ball is holed.

The special appeal of this format lies in the fact that every player can bring their individual strengths to the team. Good tee shots, precise approach shots, and reliable putts all come together to create a strong team performance.

The tournament is not handicap-relevant. Scoring is done both gross and net. In addition, the special Nearest to the Pin and Longest Drive competitions add extra sporting challenges.
