THE-LOGE team at 144 – A Question of Honour 2026 in Bogogno

Dear Logians,

This year, too, THE LOGE will once again be represented with its own team at the renowned tournament series 144 – A Question of Honour. For the first time, our journey takes us to Bogogno in Piedmont—a region that has a lot to offer not only in golfing terms, but also provides the perfect setting for meeting people, team spirit and personal exchange.

The 144 tournament series is one of the standout team formats in European amateur golf. Around 60 teams are planned for the Italian edition. Play takes place over three competition days in match play format. According to the organiser, the schedule in Bogogno includes the Bonora Course and the Conte Course, both par-72 courses at Bogogno Golf Resort. Castelconturbia is also included in the overview of Italian courses.

Three days of team match play in Piedmont

Each team consists of eight people. Each competition day features four singles matches and two best-ball matches. The format is match play with ¾ handicap allowance. This creates exactly the mix that makes this format so exciting: competitive ambition, tactical play and real team spirit.

Play runs from Tuesday, July 7, 2026, to Thursday, July 9, 2026. Depending on the draw, the whole team will play either the morning or afternoon session. According to the organiser, the official sessions are planned as shotgun starts at 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

All on-site organisation, excluding individual travel, will be handled by Thomas Laaber as captain of the THE-LOGE team in coordination with the organisers. This allows participants to focus fully on the game, the team and the time together.

The tournament fee for the three days is €144. Four apartments close to the golf courses have already been booked and paid for. The apartments are available from Monday, July 6, to Friday, July 10, 2026. The cost is €400 per apartment for four nights.

Golf, exchange and evenings together

In addition to the sporting programme, there is the opportunity each evening to take part in shared evening events. Planned highlights include an Italian Night, a BBQ and a dinner party in Castelconturbia. These programme items are a great opportunity to get to know other teams, deepen existing connections and round off the tournament day together.
