LOGE Ryder Cup 2025 – sporting review from Westendorf
The LOGE Ryder Cup 2025 took place from September 19 to 21, 2025 at the beautiful Leading Golfclub Kitzbüheler Alpen Westendorf. For three days, sporting ambition, team spirit, and the special atmosphere of the THE LOGE community took center stage.
With fantastic weather, a steady 28°C and a bright blue sky, players and spectators experienced a tournament full of emotions, strong matches, and special moments.

The competition in Westendorf
On the very first day of the tournament, Team EAST showed it had traveled to Westendorf highly motivated. Led by Captain Thomas Laaber, the defending champions made a clear statement on Friday.
With an impressive interim score of 7.5 : 0.5 against Team WEST under Captain Tobias Rieser, Team EAST laid the foundation for a dominant weekend.
Team EAST left no doubts on Saturday either. With perfect conditions once again, the team showed great focus, tactical skill, and strong cohesion. In the end, the interim score was a clear 19 : 5 in favor of Team EAST.
That sealed the early decision at Leading Golfclub Kitzbüheler Alpen Westendorf. Team EAST defended the title confidently and secured victory again in 2025.
Team spirit, emotions, and Ryder Cup vibes
The LOGE Ryder Cup was far more than a sporting competition. Once again, the togetherness within the community was especially strong.
Friday evening kicked off the weekend with a lively get-together at the Alten Mittel. With BBQ, drinks, and great vibes, everyone laughed, chatted, and of course talked about the matches.
Saturday evening then brought one of the big highlights: the PLAYERS PARTY at the clubhouse. With a cocktail bar, the live band “Sunday’s Head”, and a fantastic buffet, the celebration went late into the night.
On Sunday, the traditional Friendship Tournament was on the schedule. In mixed WEST and EAST flights, everyone played together one more time before the weekend ended with a warm farewell.

Team EAST wins in Westendorf
Special congratulations to Team EAST and Captain Thomas Laaber on the well-deserved victory. The team delivered an impressive performance throughout the entire weekend and emphatically confirmed its strong form.
But Team WEST under Captain Tobias Rieser also fought bravely, fairly, and with great passion. So the rematch in 2026 is probably already firmly planned.
Because one thing is certain: after the Ryder Cup is before the Ryder Cup.

The LOGE Ryder Cup 2025 in Westendorf was a complete success. Fantastic weather, a top location, great golf, and an exceptional atmosphere made this weekend a special experience.
