Ryder Cup 2026 – THE LOGE golf highlight at Diamond Country Club
THE LOGE’s Ryder Cup 2026 takes place from September 18–20, 2026 at the Diamond Country Club Golf Resort in Atzenbrugg. Expect a special weekend of golf, team spirit, networking, emotions, great food and a true tournament atmosphere.
Team East goes into the competition as the defending champion. Captain Thomas Laaber wants to defend the trophy with his team. Team West, led by captain Tobias Rieser, will do everything they can to win the title back.
This weekend is much more than a golf tournament. It’s a sporting and social highlight for THE LOGE members, female entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs, executives and golf-loving guests.
Ryder Cup 2026 at Diamond Country Club Atzenbrugg
The Ryder Cup 2026 will be held at the renowned Diamond Country Club Golf Resort. The venue in Atzenbrugg provides the perfect stage for a weekend where sporting ambition, team spirit and business networking come together in a truly special way.

Friday: The kickoff to the weekend
On Friday, we kick off the tournament weekend with exciting 2-person team events. From day one, you’ll see who brings team spirit, strong play and nerves of steel on the greens.
In the evening, we celebrate the shared start at the Welcome Party at the Boathouse.
You can look forward to:
- Cocktail reception
- Dinner together
- Music
- Dancing
- A relaxed vibe right by the water
- Perfect vibes to kick off the weekend
Friday is the ideal start to a weekend that begins with sport and really picks up speed socially.
Saturday: Singles matches, emotions and Players Party
On Saturday, we continue with the singles matches. Now every shot, every hole and every point counts for your team.
In the evening, the Club House Restaurant is all ours. That’s where we celebrate together:
- The awards ceremony
- The award for the most valuable player (MVP)
- The fair play award
- A shared dinner
- Team spirit
- Emotions
- Pure Ryder Cup vibes
The Players Party is traditionally one of the highlights of the weekend. This is where a tournament becomes a true THE LOGE experience.
Sunday: Surprise in the making
Two great ideas are currently being planned for Sunday.
Either we’ll play a relaxed reconciliation tournament or organize a shared golf day at GC Schloss Schönborn.
Whichever option it is, Sunday is meant to round off the weekend in style—with golf, conversations and a fitting finale.

The format for Ryder Cup 2026
At the Ryder Cup 2026, Team East and Team West will face off over two tournament days.
Teams are assigned based on a geographic north–south axis. This line will be finalized once all entries have been received. The deciding factor is the registered office of the THE LOGE member’s company.
Captains Thomas Laaber and Tobias Rieser will put their teams together to create fair and exciting matches. You’ll therefore play against golfers with a comparable handicap.
We play the classic match play format.
The situation:
- Team East is the defending champion and needs 50% of the points to win overall.
- Team West needs more than 50% of the points to win the title back.
- There will also be special categories and honorary prizes.
That guarantees excitement right down to the last putt.
Who can participate? 🏌️
All THE LOGE members 2026 are eligible to participate, plus optionally one guest player per member.
A maximum handicap of 36 is required.
The tournament committee has the final decision on admission and team allocation in case of doubt.

An important appeal to all members from North, South, East and West
Over the past two years, unfortunately only a few players from Carinthia, Styria, Salzburg, Upper Austria and Bavaria have taken part in the Ryder Cup. We genuinely find that a shame—because this event thrives on diversity, regions, personalities and new encounters.
If the label Team East vs. Team West has put you off so far: please don’t let it discourage you.
We definitely want you there—no matter which region you come from.
Because there’s one thing we can say with full conviction:
If you skip this event, you’ll definitely miss something.
Just watch the videos from recent years or ask members who have already been there. The answer will almost certainly be:
“You have to go.”
Stay overnight right at the golf course
For the tournament weekend, we have pre-reserved rooms and apartments right at the golf course. That way you can enjoy the days in a relaxed way—no long journeys, no stress, and maximum golf vibes.
Plus, anyone who books early will receive an attractive early-bird bonus.
Important: The early-bird bonus applies to bookings made by December 20, 2025.
How much does it cost to participate?
The participation fee is:
€300
This includes:
- Green fees
- Polo shirt
- Halfway catering
- Players Party including buffet
