Golfpark Metzenhof
About the Golfcourse
The Golfpark Metzenhof is picturesquely located between the cities of Enns and Steyr in rural Kronstorf, Upper Austria. The 18-hole course was opened in 2003, designed by renowned golf course architect Hans-Georg Erhardt. The course blends harmoniously into the gentle hilly landscape and stands out with its attention to detail.
As a training center of the PGA of Austria, Metzenhof places great emphasis on its practice facilities. The modern driving range "GEMMA GOLFN" is equipped with Toptracer technology and offers up to 50 tee-off spots, some of which are covered and heated, allowing for training even in winter. Additionally, there is a 3-hole short course, two pitching and chipping greens, and two putting greens.
For culinary delights, the Wirtshaus am Metzenhof serves regional specialties in a cozy atmosphere. Accommodation options include 31 comfort rooms in the adjoining hotel and unique sleep barrels located directly on the golf course. A natural pond invites you to refresh yourself after a round of golf.
