About the Golfcourse
The Golfclub Berchtesgadener Land is located in a beautiful landscape in the heart of the Berchtesgadener Land and not far from the festival city of Salzburg. The 100-hectare terrain is slightly hilly and yet excellent for seniors. The course is considered technically very challenging due to its architecture with natural watercourses and ponds as well as strategically well-placed bunkers, offering both technical and gameplay challenges.
The clubhouse features a hotel, good dining, and a beautiful sun terrace. Here, guests can relax and enjoy the view after playing golf. The golf course features various water hazards (streams and ponds) and biotopes, as well as doglegs and mounds that require skillful play.
The first 9 holes are more open, with fantastic views of the Berchtesgaden mountains. Players can relax and take in the scenery between shots.
The majority of the second 9 holes are situated on a lower level and are partially surrounded by taller trees. Each hole is unique, ensuring that the golf course remains interesting even after multiple plays. The course is located in the middle of nature, providing a peaceful atmosphere for complete relaxation.
